Anti-Hustle: How to Achieve More by Doing Less

from ADHD-ish

How do we measure productivity? If you’re like me, you can always be so busy, yet still, be nowhere near your goals. We get busy checking off multiple tasks every day and still feel like we are missing something. If you have a fast-brain like me, you might be enthusiastic about something and spend an enormous amount of time and energy pursuing it, to the point where you forget about the rest of your life.In the eyes of others, we are ambitious, go-getters, and successful, but for us, there’s always a sense that we are missing something which can give us anxiety and self-doubt.Many, including me, thought that being busy is the same as being productive, but productivity is not about getting more done, it's about getting the right things done. It’s about making decisions on how to spend our time, energy, and attention on where it matters most. Special thanks to: Annie P. Ruggles of The Non-Sleazy Sales Academy for leaving a podcast review!
