She is a rare breed of activist, working across a variety of issues with a non-partisan philosophy for 14 years. She visits congressional offices, trains volunteers, generates social media posts, and organizes action meetings. Cynthia writes the Anti-Poverty Mom Blog and has appeared in newspapers nationwide—including The New York Times and the Financial Times. She’s also been a guest blog contributor for World Moms Network, BabyCenter.com, and the UN Foundation’s Shot@Life Campaign.
