BC's unemployment figures continue to rise this month. The provincial unemployment rate was 13.4 per cent in May. It was 11 and a half per cent in April.BC Ferries has a new service contract with the province that will allow it to provide minimum service levels during the pandemic and to increase service levels as the province's re-opening plans are expanded.A rally against racism gets underway at 3 o'clock this afternoon in Maffeo-Sutton Park.
