Antisemitism worldwide has been dropping, through the number of incidents remains significantly higher than the period preceding the Iron Swords war, according to Tel Aviv University's annual report on antisemitism. Dr. Carl Yonker, Senior researcher at Tel Aviv University’s Center for the Study of Contemporary European Jewry, says there were difficulties in identifying the perpetrators and that education and legislative actions must be accompanied by greater enforcement.
