Anulika Nwokike - Police Rescue 4 Children While Her Husband Denies Knowledge of Her Crime

Mr Ikechukwu Onyeanyusi, husband of Anulika Nwokike has spoken out over the disturbing incident, expressing shock and dismay over what happened.Onyeanyusi, who spoke in a video  circulating online said he was unaware of his wife’s activities as he always went out every morning to his business.His wife was arrested on Thursday after good spirited individuals reported that she was using her three daughters and a son to create adult content on social media.In the video, Ikechukwu said: “I was not aware of the video until a friend showed it to me in the market. I rushed home and confronted my wife, but she denied it, saying they were AI videos.“As I was pushing further, police arrived and arrested all of us, including me. It was at the police station while she was being interrogated in the DPO’s office that I was called in and told she had confessed.”Meanwhile, the Anambra State Ministry of Women and Social Welfare, working in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, has taken steps to ensure that the affected children receive appropriate psychological, welfare and protective support.The Ministry also commended members of the community who came forward with information that helped authorities intervene in the case.The case had sparked outrage on the internet with many people condemning the act.
