There is no relief in anxiety. We must find another way. We must live by faith and not by sight. Anxiety pulls us down when we focus on what MIGHT BE rather than what IS. Alot of times throughout life we will find ourselves describing the world around us, to ourselves. We end up speaking all the negative things around us and therefore digging them deeper into our psyche. It's all been done, just follow Him and allow his peace to replace that anxiety.
