Anxiety and Arrogance are Related

This counterintuitive truth is a game changer – a life changer. Mind-Body Connection We don’t talk enough about anxiety in the church. We all experience various levels of anxiety or stress, but we aren’t quite comfortable discussing this openly. In this episode, I talk about the importance of a clear, biblical understanding of these truths. John Sarno famously researched the physical pain, back pain, that is often caused by anxiety. Scripture gives us the remedy for this anxiety and pain cycle, and I discuss this in today’s episode.
