ANXIETY IN A QUARANTINE EPISODE 7: IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT

Hello World!  So, for episode 7 of ANXIETY IN A QUARANTINE I was not only out of my house, but I was in direct sunlight in the actual outer doors. It was really great.  I rode my bike a total of about 12.5 miles today which I think is pretty good. I'll try to do more tomorrow if the weather holds up, we are expecting rain most of the week here on Long Island.  Any who, In todays video I talk a lot about wallowing and feeling sour or shitty. A feeling I thin it's safe to assume that everyone is feeling right now in this Pandemic. Speaking from my own personal experience as someone with anxiety I can say that it has been a real up and down, frustratingly unpredictable time. My mood swings on a normal basis and now It's leaving me pretty paralyzed most of the time. Or at least that was most of my week. Like I said it has been up and down and I'm going forward with the attitude that it will be mostly up, because I am going to stick to a more helpful routine. I'll talk more about this is upcoming videos as I create it lol  I do mention Brene Brown quite a bit in this video.
