ANXIETY IN A QUARANTINE EPISODE 8: STOP FIGHTING IN THE COMMENTS

HELLO FRIENDS!  I hope you and everyone you know is doing well.  On this episode I discuss my thoughts and observations on something I think we've all either experienced or taken part in. FIGHTING IN INTERNET COMMENTS.  This is something I've talked about and thought about a lot and on the more rare occasion have taken part in as well. I think this is the most wasted activity ever and a huge factor in giving people anxiety and exacerbating anxiety. I'm sure everyone has their own opinions on the matter and I really want to hear what all of you think.  Hopefully we can discuss this without engaging in even more fighting in the internet comments.  I hope you enjoy this video.
