ANXIETY IN A QUARANTINE EPISODE 9: A HYPOCHONDRIACS REVELATION

Hello fellow Anxious people! I recorded this video a few nights ago, or mornings ago.  As I'll explain in the video I was sitting in the bathroom around 4:30 AM when I started to "hear" something and was about to take a shower. This is one of those instances where I could have or even would have had a panic attack, but instead something else happened.
