Anxiety is also an excuse. At least the way it is framed publicly in our modern society. And I will not stand for it haha it helps no one live the quality of life they truly deserve. So many labels for what it is yet no one tells you how you get there and how you work with it. Yes, with it. It has a purpose. And it is a response to your command. Anxiety is a signal and a process we choose to run. A pattern we choose to act on. If you did not already know that and finding yourself asking the question, "Why am I anxious? How come I get so uncontrollably anxious?" Then welcome to a brief introduction to your Unconscious Mind. The part of your mind that stores all behaviors, including anxiety. In this episode I give an example I know you can all relate to. The best news is you don't need medication or thousands of dollars or hours of time to getting control of anxiety. You just need to you the choice is YOURS.  Defy anxiety with 1-1 Break through coaching, or to become a certified practitioner in the field to provide this service to your clients, contact me via [email protected].
