I have been working on mine for years so this isn’t something that comes easily. Knowing your triggers can help you prevent or minimize an anxiety attack. Anxiety is when your body feels like it is in danger. You need to figure out if you are a flight or freeze person during your anxiety. You need to acknowledge how you feel. You need to breathe through it and it will move on. Today, I will walk you through breathing exercises that may help you. Your breath brings energy which helps you calm down.
