Anyone but Dallas

The margins separating good and very good teams in the Western Conference is razor thin. The Kings have lost the past 2 trade deadlines.  The Lakers and Mavs each have a WCF appearance now. The Kings were ahead of both teams in the standings at the trade deadline in back to back years. Both teams made moves the Kings could have made without affecting the core in Sacramento. Why have the Kings been reactive and not proactive? The lack of moves has put the Kings in an impossible position this offseason.
