Friday on AOA, we start the show discussing beef demand by consumers and the shrug off of high prices in a conversation with Brian Earnest, lead animal protein economist with CoBank. In Segment Two, we discuss this week's U.S. Meat Export Federation overseas trade mission to South Korea with attendees Ryan Moorhouse, Cattlemen's Beef Board Chair, and Andy Tauer of the National Pork Board. In Segment Three, we have a conversation about the ag economy situation, Farm Bill and soil health legislation introduced in D.C. with Congressman Eric Sorensen (D-IL). Then we close the show by talking with the new Director of Federal Affairs at Syngenta, Beth Ellikidis, in Segment Four.
