In Segment Two, we get a look at what appears to be a fairly mild weather outlook for the Christmas week with DTN Meteorologist Teresa Wells. Next up in Segment Three, we talk about carbon markets/eminent domain issues, the on-going legal battle between the American Farm Bureau and the Illinois Farm Bureau and the end of year continuing resolution with aid and a Farm Bill extension with Illinois Farm Bureau President Brian Duncan.
