Wowee this is a good dex people. Might be the most fleshed out Tau has ever been. Some bits are strong, nothing seems too much in and of itself. But the sum total of this faction might be a problem! Kyle Grundy, No1 Tau player in the ITC for the 2021 season is a wealth of knowledge and lends his insights to the task of reviewing this book.
