Vous pouvez consommer de la mélisse, la passiflore et la valériane sous forme de gélules ou d'infusions. Enfin, le romarin peut être très utile. Il suffit de le consommer sous forme d'infusion après le repas. Il aide à la digestion des graisses et possède des propriétés antiseptiques qui en font un allié efficace en cas d'infection intestinale. Massages, bicarbonate et argile contre les ballonnements Parmi les méthodes à explorer il y a le massage du ventre aux huiles essentielles. Il faudra dans ce cas utiliser par exemple le basilic tropical, l'estragon et le cumin. Attention, il est important de les diluer dans une huile végétale comme le noyau d'abricot ou l'huile de jojoba. Ensuite, il suffit de masser doucement le ventre dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre de manière circulaire. Le bicarbonate de soude peut aussi vous donner un bon coup de pouce.
