Apathetically Social

Today on the show we're talking about apathy with being social. Many of us are introverts, many of us don't have the energy to deal with many aspects of the outside world. So, should we feel terrible about that? The short answer is NO! We shouldn't ever feel bad about the boundaries we need to employ. But it's also not always that easy because we don't want to shun ourselves completely from the outside world.
