The teachings of Jesus seem to be almost subversive and they definitely go against the conventional wisdom. Perfect example...Love your enemies, bless anyone who curses you, do good to anyone who hates you, pray for those who persecute you. If you just love those who love you, what have you accomplished? Adding more energy to the hate doesn't get us the kind of results we deserve... a decision to love the seemingly unlovable will set into motion the effects that we want and deserve.Support the show
