Apostle Titus of the Seventy and Bishop of Crete

Today we remember Saint Titus, one of the Seventy Apostles and the first Bishop of Crete. Born on the island of Crete, Titus was a virtuous young man who turned from Hellenistic philosophy to the teachings of Christ after a dream guided him to seek salvation. Saint Titus became a close disciple of the Apostle Paul, traveling with him and helping to establish churches. Known for his peaceful leadership and wonderworking, he brought many pagans to the Christian faith before passing away peacefully at the age of 97.Support the show
