In this episode, Mary reflects on the landscape of Somerset, Kentucky and how its experience heavily influenced her passion to preserve Franklin as a historic destination. Pearce is an active member of the Historic Zoning Commission, Battle Field Commision and the African American Heritage Society and is an active preservationist.
