Appointment Workflows: Enroll Primary Contact, Guests, Or Both

In this episode of SilverCore.io Growth Podcast... we explain a new update to appointment workflows in SilverCore.io CRM that lets workflows enroll multiple participants. The Customer Booked Appointment and Appointment Status triggers now allow you to target the primary contact, guests only, or both the contact and each guest — running once for the main contact and once per guest when selected. Note that guests added after the original booking won’t be enrolled by the earlier trigger. Setup is simple: add the trigger, choose enrollment, save, add actions, and publish. This improvement helps businesses, marketers, and agencies send reminders, confirmations, cancellations, and tailored onboarding to every attendee.
