The small matter of Sandman becoming the new ECW World Champion and Sabu being fired after no showing the Three Way Dance event. Sabu was “fired” from the company after preferring a New Japan date and not disclosing to Paul Heyman his whereabouts. Shane Douglas' exit from the company continued this month after he lost the World Title to Sandman.
