Johnny Drille was born in July, 5th 1990 and Originally from Edo state in Nigeria. He graduated from the University of Benin in 2012 where he majored in English and Literature. His musical style is folk, In February 2017, he signed with Marvin Records. He was nominated to the Headies Award for Best Male Vocal Performance 2016 which he finally won in 2019.
