She helps utilities build strong EV teams, develop strategic plans and implement their EV customer experience efforts. Her clients rely on her for her innovative stakeholder engagement efforts that gain both regional consensus and results.April and Ted discuss her studies at UC San Diego, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in communication. Prior to forming S Curve Strategies in 2017, April led San Diego Gas & Electric’s EV customer experience. Her holistic approach to EV program development and grassroots campaigns has been the key to her success. Today, the region has one of the highest EV adoption rates of any city in the country.
