After years of being associated with the urban literature community, D. Lewis found himself immersed in the world of narrating. On a dare from a trusted friend, he narrated her book and has been in high demand ever since. D. Lewis born Darryl Lewis grew up on the rough streets of Buffalo N.Y. It’s that raw edginess combined with his life experiences that inspires the voices for the books he narrates. With his growing catalog of books and authors he’s working with, Darryl is breathing life into some of our favorite book characters.
