अप्रतिमशूरः बघेलसिंहः

बघेलसिंहः तारुण्ये एव सिक्खदलस्य प्रमुखः जातः । सः कदाचित् देहलीस्थं रक्तदुर्गं वशीकर्तुम् ऐच्छत् । यमुनाम् अतिक्रम्य आगतः अपि सः झटिति एव देहल्याः वशीकरणाय न उद्यतः । सेनायाः वर्धने, अन्येषां मैत्रीसम्पादने, व्यूहस्य आरचने च सः उद्यतः अभवत् । सः केनचित् उपायेन दुर्गं प्रविश्य देहलीं वशीकृतवान् ।(“केन्द्रीयसंस्कृतविश्वविद्यालयस्य अष्टादशीयोजनान्तर्गततया एतासां कथानां ध्वनिप्रक्षेपणं क्रियते”)Baghel Singh became the leader of the Sikh forces while still young. At one time, he wished to capture the Red Fort in Delhi. Crossing the Yamuna, he did not rush to attack immediately. Instead, he focused on strengthening his army, forging alliances, and carefully arranging his battle strategy. By some clever means, he entered the fort and brought Delhi under his control.
