Aquaman Explained

There’s a new Aquaman movie in theaters, starring Jason Momoa! While other people might call it a superhero film, we think it has “mermaid relevance” written all over it! But who is Aquaman, and what’s his deal? Laura von Holt asked Aquaman expert Rob Kelly of the Fire and Water Podcast Network to explain Aquaman in mermaid terms, and wow did he deliver! Rob Kelly explained the history of Aquaman, the aquatic mythology of Aquaman and Atlantis, Aquaman’s history in comics and film, and what we might see in the Warner Bros film. After listening to this deep dive into the lore of Aquaman, you will never think of him as just “the guy who talks to fish.”
