Archie - Addiction, Recovery, and Permission to Heal

from The One Day At A Time Recovery Podcast · host Arlina Allen

Well hello, my loves! Thank you for downloading the podcast, my name is Arlina, and I'll be your host.  I've been doing a ton of recording lately, with some exciting guests including Michelle Smith from Recovery is The New Black, Brock Bevell from Chase the Vase, and my new friend, Meg Love. There are just so many amazing people doing the work of spreading hope to people who need it most and I can't wait for you to meet them and fall in love with them as I have. Well today, my guest is Archie Messersmith-Bunting, aka The Feelings Guy. His story is important because until we spoke, I realized there was an underrepresented demographic from the LGBT community, which I intend to correct moving forward.  Archie was so much fun to talk to, had such insight and wisdom and I just loved his transparency as he shared his story. One last thing before we jump in, if you could leave a review on iTunes, it will improve the rankings and help people new to recovery find the podcast.  So without further ado, please enjoy this conversation, with Archie!
