Welcome to the second episode of Fake It Until You Make It, Dreams and Pitfalls of the Fashion Industry, a podcast aiming to take an honest look at the fashion designer career and discover how and what it means to make it in the fashion industry. In the second episode of our season 1, Marie Schaller has invited Lexi from Studio FCLX to look back on their journey as the founder of their independent latex brand. With their work being showcased at the V&A South and their recent prize with the Institute of Digital Fashion, they will reflect on their organic growth, the collaborative and experimental nature of their practice, and their strong relationship with the London alternative scene.
