from All Too Well

Dr. Keba Rogers just wants people to be kinder to themselves. As the CEO and founder of Grace, Growth and Greatness Psychological Services, a New York State licensed psychologist, nationally certified school psychologist, and diplomat for the American Board of School Neuropsychology, she works with people of all ages to teach and preach the power of grace, especially that which we show ourselves. Dr. Rogers’ areas of specialty include helping communities move from a focus on transactional diversity to transformational inclusion, and working with clients who have experienced trauma, have emotional and behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, are marginalized, belong to historically underserved and underrepresented groups, and/or are limited by institutional barriers.  In this episode, we acknowledge the facts: that we’re STILL in the midst of an ongoing pandemic and a generation of kids is growing up with this as their normal. We talk about some of the effects this is having, and could have in the future, and how to support mental health, for ourselves and for our kids. Dr. Keba Rogers talks about...
