Are Belgian trains failing their passengers?

The National Railway Company of Belgium, NMBS or SNCB, is raising its prices in 2025 but passengers are unhappy with the lack of improvement in service. Delayed trains and customer satisfaction remain a big problem. NMBS spokesperson Bart Crols explains how they are planning on resolving these problems.
