Special guest former executive Diversity Manager, LATRICE ROSS, stops by to discuss the unique dilemma BLACK WOMEN face in America in regards to RACE and GENDER. Amid the brewing GENDER WAR in the BLACK COMMUNITY some BLACK MEN feel a portion of BLACK WOMEN are misguided in joining the FEMINIST MOVEMENT to fight for GENDER EQUALITY in advance of RACIAL EQUALITY. However, there are BLACK WOMEN who do not subscribe to the ideals of the FEMINIST MOVEMENT, yet agree the intersectionality of being BLACK and a WOMAN is often disregarded among BLACK MEN. How do we bridge this impending gap? Should there even be a gap? Are BLACK WOMEN’S voices going unheard, or is the environment now so volatile BLACK MEN are afraid to speak?
