Are Christians allowed to be depressed: A conversation

I had an interesting conversation with my friend sometime in 2023, and for some reason, I couldn't upload it. This episode has blessed me so much that I wasn't comfortable keeping it to myself because I always go back to listen to it. So here goes! I hope this blesses everyone as it blessed me. I've been struggling with inconsistency- one of the reasons at least, its because all these editing tools require money and I am already spending on a lot. Please I need recommendations on free or less expensive editing software to use. Help a sister! Thank you
