This podcast talks briefly about the Shark Tank's Kevin O'leary, and Sheryl Sandberg's initiative to increase the amount of women in business. There were several women invited to the headquarters of Facebook in Menlo Park, California for the Women In Business conference except black women. This initiative showed who the Shark Tank and Facebook really supports to build new businesses and relationships with. In this podcast, we discuss the outlook of the Shark Tank, and Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg 's Women In Business Conference, and who they are more geared toward building a working relationships with, mentoring, and or supporting in business.
