Are Goals and Objectives Important in Gaming?

This week Brett and Walker share stories of PvP in Legends of Runeterra and running into brick wall bosses in Don't Starve Together. Brett recently booted Kerbal Space Program back up and found the career objectives a bit lacking. That led to a discussion about the value of objectives in games.
