Recorded in the beautiful Hampton Inn & Suites, Sarasota, FL.Recently several of the blogosphere travel bloggers have been asking that exact question.You don’t need an MBA to know that hotel occupancy numbers are down. However, my own very sophisticated 2-factor research shows that occupancy numbers are on the rise, not by much but they are on the rise.Factor one asking the desk staff during check-in,  "Are you guys getting busier?" Every answer has been, getting busier each week.The other factor is looking at the “break the seal” stickers on the doors. And as I walk the hallway to my room, and more of those seals are indeed broken.
