[56:14] Question 1 Why did Jesus feel forsaken by God on the cross when he said, “My God My God, why have you forsaken me?” Did he feel alone for that one brief moment? Question 2 A person that I know had a 15-year-old daughter who was in an accident and placed on life support. When it became clear that she would not recover, the family decided to remove life support but before they did so, they had her baptized so she would go to heaven. Is this true? I can't find anything about being baptized like this in the Bible without accepting Jesus and asking to be baptized. Are the last rites biblical to go to heaven? Question 3 Over the past several years I have developed an understanding that there is nothing more important to do than God's work. I have been experiencing a feeling as though I should prepare to go out and speak the news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I was reluctant to follow this calling for "worldly reasons". Question 5 I have been wondering what Scripture says about suicide and heaven. If someone kills themselves can they go to heaven? There are many instances where people have ended their own lives, but nothing that I have seen in Scripture that addresses whether or not they will go to heaven or not. Question 6 What is a good apologetics book to read as you work your way through the Bible? Question 7 In 1 Samuel 25: 42-44. Why is David able to marry Abigail and Ahinoam when he was already married to Saul's daughter Michal. Why was David able to marry other wives? Let alone have multiple wives. Question 8 When reading through Exodus chapter 4. I am confused by God, what does “sought to kill Moses” mean? I understand God’s anger at Moses for not having circumcised his son according to the covenant with Abraham, especially in light of the leadership role that God was imparting onto Moses. But if God really wanted Moses dead, I’m pretty sure that Moses would have been toast at that point. Am I missing something significant in the text? Question 9 I have a friend who was talking to a group of us about a medium that she was "dragged" to by a friend. She is a Christian and was a skeptic of mediums, psychics, etc but when the medium spoke of her father that passed about 4 months ago, she got goosebumps and was blown away. Another friend asked her if she would ever go again and she said yes absolutely. This is deeply concerning to me. Could you speak to this, What are the dangers of talking to mediums? Question 10 I just got pulled into a meeting with my boss and HR and was told that I’ve had multiple complaints filed against me for talking about religion and making people uncomfortable at the workplace because I have discussed my religious views. I’ve been told I must stop all conversations pertaining to religion and it needs to strictly be kept out of the workplace. Do you have freedom of religion at work? And what to do if they are asking to remove that?
