Are My Prayers Working?

Prayer is a gift from God for us to talk to him whenever we want. But, there are so many things we wonder about our prayers. What about when it seems like God doesn't answer our prayers? What about when he answers the prayers of other people and not us? Does God answer the prayers of people who are "good" or does he answer prayers of anyone?
