Whether you're watching on YouTube or listening via podcast, Happy New Year for 2022. In this week's episode, I explore whether you need to make New Year resolutions. New Year's resolutions are renowned for failing. People make New Year's resolutions, we're bombarded by email saying, "make your New Year resolutions!", and yet, so many of us are failing in implementation. Why would you bother? However, the resolutions that you make can be life-changing. So, making resolutions can be a very powerful thing. When did you resolve something that then changed your life? I will share a wonderful technique to ensure that a resolution that you make is successful. That, of course, is if you choose to make a resolution. I'm not saying you should. I'm not saying you shouldn't. You don't have to. The question is, will it be of benefit to you to do so? Stick around.
