Are our rights being violated?

Today's guest is Mr Tanawah Downing. Tawanah is a concerned citizen who has filed a Writ of Habeas Corpus arguing that the prison system works under a peonage style model and that it is destroying the fabric of our communities. I agree.We talk about racism within the system and discuss whether the Constitution is racist itself or has certain powers manipulated it to be so.
