Are self-scanners taking over?

Walmart rolled out a new technology that allows customers to scan and tally up their items while shopping, saving them time at checkout.  Are self-scanners are taking over?- This question generated a lot of coversation. Sunil Johal, policy director at The Mowat Centre at the University of Toronto, joined the program to start things off.
