Are Southeast Asian Countries Prepared for the Next Outbreak?

The COVID-19 pandemic might feel like a distant dream, but the possibility of humankind facing another pandemic is very real. But are countries prepared for that possibility? How are countries in the region surveilling for the pathogen that could cause the next pandemic?
