Recipes below.Whisk(e)y Highball2 oz Whisk(e)y4 oz Club SodaPour the whisk(e)y into a highball with ice, ideally a single long spear. Top with the club soda and stir once gently with a bar spoon. Essex Street2 oz Gin¾ oz lime juice½ oz elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)3–4 cucumber slices (muddled)Small pinch fresh dill (light muddle or shake-in)Tiny pinch sea salt (seriously small—like 1–2 grains worth)Lightly muddle cucumber + dill in shaker with elderflower liqueur in a shaker. Add ice and all other ingredients. Shake until well-chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh dill sprig.#doitforwilson
