There are many cities around the world affected by over-tourism. And it is not a problem only during traditional holiday periods. Increasingly local residents are being forced out of their own accommodation because landlords can make more cash on short-term rentals through organisations like Airbnb. Barcelona was one of the first Spanish cities to see public protests and graffiti urging tourists to go home and stay away. Now it has spread to other cities. Karin Avila reports on the story.
