from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First, The plaintiff met the defendant at a party, and she says they started dating. However, the plaintiff is suing the defendant because she claims she purchased a car from the defendant, but it broke down four days later. The defendant insists he never dated the plaintiff, and he’s only seen her three times in his entire life. The defendant believes he doesn’t owe the plaintiff anything because he told her he’d help repair the vehicle if it broke down. Then, The plaintiff’s daughter, the defendant, asked her mother for a loan to purchase a home. Unfortunately, the plaintiff says her daughter stopped making payments, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits she asked to borrow money, but she insists the loan was a gift. Plus, The plaintiff allowed the defendant to move in with him, but he claims the defendant began having sex with their other roommate and did drugs in their home. The plaintiff alleges the defendant lost his job and stopped paying rent for several months, so he’s suing. The defendant admits he owes rent, but he insists the plaintiff allowed him to do chores in exchange for a place to live. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
