As a sensitive and intuitive person, it sounds like it would be easy to tell if someone is lying to you. The catch is we are still human, our ego can jump in and try to make logical sense of what we are feeling, the history we have with a person and other circumstances we may use to explain away someone not being truthful.

In this episode I explain a way that we can sense and feel whether someone is being honest or if they are lying. Here's a hint it's not all about reading body language or eye movements.
