Government grants and incentives might emerge to support domestic businesses impacted by trade disruptions. Right, but the challenge is that most small businesses and consumers don't have the financial cushion to weather sudden price increases or economic instability. If a trade war is mishandled, it can worsen wealth inequality rather than create opportunities. If trade wars aren't the best solution, what are the alternatives?
