A lot of people tend to runaway from certain roles in people’s lives, and tend to say, “if it’s not my life, I don’t car!” However, we are responsible for our people, and if we witness something that is not going right and there’s some adjustments that need to happen, we should neve feel afraid to tell our people and encourage them to do better. Are we doing enough to encourage each others growth, morals, challenge each other to grow greater, and set realistic life goals.
