Following your heart means so many things to everyone. Freedom is following a light that you are getting to pursue without thinking about it. Tony talks a parasite in your mind of negative talk that judges everything you do. Fear is what the mind can create.  This episode touches on who you are surrounding yourself with. If you have people that expect you to do what is expected is one thing but we actually feel bad when we think we want to do what we want. It's like we feel guilty to go against the grain.
